This event has been and gone but you don’t have to miss out – you can watch the recording HERE.

We are living in an era of pandemics – SARS, MERS, Ebola and now COVID-19. The patterns of pandemics are known and predictable, as are the immense impacts on our body and mind. We must become masterful at managing our selves to prepare and succeed despite the risks: to first survive then thrive.

With a focus on the double-sided coin of body and mind, clinical psychologist Dr. Amy Silver and DNA-based performance expert Alessandra Edwards have created a FREE guidebook for surviving and thriving in the era of pandemics called ‘Brace for Impact’.

With decades of knowledge-gathering and experience in physical, genetic, behavioural, and psychological strength, they want YOU to know what THEY know.

They want you and the people who matter most to you, at home and at work, to be strong facing into this pandemic and even stronger coming out.

In this ONE HOUR panel interview-style webinar you’ll:

  1. LEARN how to take the first steps toward creating PHYSICAL and MIND safety in the midst of ‘the current situation’
  2. REFLECT on what you can do to look after yourself and the people who matter most in your world, at work and at home; and
  3. ASK your burning ‘survive and thrive’ questions of our expert panelists.

In preparation, please:

  • Ensure you don’t have a meeting finishing immediately before this (give yourself at least 10 mins for a leg stretch, loo break and grabbing a glass of water)
  • Be on-line and good to go with your other devices off, including email alerts (a session like this takes all your attention and we’d hate you to miss anything)
  • Have a pen and paper handy (we still love analog note taking!)
