People Manager Development

What We Do
People Manager Profiling
People Manager Profiling combines psychometric and behavioural profiling with facilitated conversation to explore questions such as who I am, why do I behave the way I do and how I can be a more effective manager and leader of people.

People Manager Coaching
People Manager Coaching is usually a 12 week structured program that focuses on a few specific areas of desired change. Coaching participants have to be ‘up for it’ – this is not a program for tourists. Blacksmith Coaching includes People Manager Profiling, 360 interviews with an ‘internal support crew’ and regular 1-2-1 sessions. When appropriate, coaching can be supported by deeper work with one of our associate psychologists.
